AIR BRUSH TANNING

Airbrush tanning is similar to spray tanning, but is applied by a person using an airbrush applicator. Airbrush tanning results in more even coverage. We use Dinair brand tanning solution. This solution provides a streak-free, natural-looking golden tan. The main ingredient, Erythrulose, is naturally occurring in red raspberries. It reacts with the amino acids in the keratin protein on the outer layer of the skin. This non-toxic reaction produces a temporary bronze browning effect. This is not a stain or dye, but rather a chemical reaction.

We offer both stock and customer Hair Pieces that can be put on with tape or clips, and removed at home when not in use. We also offer "permanent" Hair Piece service that will not come off and must be removed and cleaned by one of our professionals every 4-6 weeks.

DEPOSITS

To secure and reserve your appointment(s), we kindly ask for a minimum deposit of $100. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of your services and must be paid at the time of scheduling. Payment in full must be paid no less then 2 weeks prior to reserved date. If you decide to add any additional services after making full payment, the payment for those services will be due when the appointment(s) are reserved.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

To accommodate your payment needs, we have implemented a convenient payment schedule for your reservation. This schedule allows you to spread out your payments over a period of up to 30 days. Upon reserving your appointment(s), a minimum deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled two weeks prior to your services. You can easily make your scheduled payment by contacting the salon on or before your scheduled due date. If you are a part of a group, please provide the name of the designated contact person when making a payment. Everyone in your group is allowed to pay separately. Please note that any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or prepayments.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

In the event you need to make changes to your reserved services, we kindly ask that you notify our spa coordinator at least 14 days prior to your event. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested changes. However, please be aware that we are unable to guarantee availability for all changes. If you wish to make changes on the day of your event, such as opting for a different hairstyle or requesting a different type of nail service, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee its availability.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand plans change, and we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our service providers. Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled date, will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 80% of deposits and prepayments. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled date you will forfeit all deposits and prepayments. Please note, no refunds will be given if you fail to show up on the day of your scheduled appointments or if you arrive 10 or more minutes late and the service cannot be accommodated or needs to be shortened. To ensure you receive all of your scheduled services, we kindly request that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early the day of services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. SICK EMPLOYEE POLICY

We prioritize the health and safety of both our customers and employees. In the event an employee exhibits any COVID-like symptoms, we have a sick policy in place. This policy ensures that employees stay home and avoid any potential risk of spreading illness. If a sick employee affects your scheduled package, we may need to reschedule all or some of your appointments. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Please know we will attempt to find a replacement provider or service, however, we cannot guarantee availability.. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our sick employee policy.

Peels

Regular exfoliation of your skin is an important step in maintaining a youthful glow. Peels are a chemical method of exfoliation that bring about significant results.

Peels contain either organic enzymes or mild acids derived from plants. These mild acids are called Alpha Hydroxy Acids or AHAs (such as glycolic, salicylic, and mandelic). 3-STEP TREATMENT
